Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 20, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it โ€” in plain language, because that’s how we write everything.

Who we are

Endgame Strategy, LLC is a Colorado limited liability company. This website, endgamestrategy.ai, is our only public site. You can reach us using the form on our Contact page.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you include it, what kind of professional you are, which services interest you, and your message.

Information collected automatically. When you submit the form, we also record technical details that come with any web request: your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, and how you found us (for example, tags in the link you clicked, like a campaign or referral source). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and performance.

What we use it for

One thing, mainly: responding to you and, if we end up working together, delivering the services you asked about. We use the “how you found us” data to understand which of our pages and campaigns are useful. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their marketing.

Who else touches the data

Like nearly every website, we rely on service providers to operate: our hosting company (WP Engine) serves the site, and Google Workspace handles our email โ€” so a form submission travels through those systems. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. If we add analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand site traffic, those tools may set cookies and collect usage data under their own policies; we configure them for business analytics, not advertising.

Cookies

This site currently sets only the cookies needed to function. If we add analytics cookies later, this policy will be updated to say so.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and maintain business records, then deleted. Server logs rotate on our host’s standard schedule.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the Contact form and we’ll respond within two business days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws; we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you’re from.

Calls, texts, and email

If you give us your phone number and check the consent box on our contact form, you’re agreeing that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry and related services. That consent is not a condition of doing business with us โ€” you can leave the phone field blank and we’ll respond by email. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, tell us in any reply, or use the contact form. We keep a record of each consent (the checkbox, the date and time, and the submitting IP address) as required for compliance. We do not use autodialers or prerecorded messages, and we never share your number with anyone else for marketing.

Children

This site is for business professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes get a plain-language note at the top for 30 days.
